For this card, I began by stamping the Hero Arts "Lotus Background" with Versamark ink then stamped onto tan-colored cardstock. This was then heat-embossed with clear embossing powder. After embossing, I sponged the cardstock with Walnut Stain and Vintage Photo Distress Inks.
The center of the card, behind the large lotus flower, was cut out using Spellbinders Nestabilities "Labels Four".
The large Lotus flower, as well as the smaller lotus leaves were both from the Hero Arts "Lotus Leaves" clear stamp set. Both were stamped on tan-colored cardstock with Versamark ink and heat-embossed with clear embossing powder. All shapes were cut out. The smaller leaves were then sponged with Rusty Hinge, Wild Honey, Fired Brick and Forest Moss Distress inks.
The sentiment was stamped on tan cardstock with Walnut Stain Distress ink using Hero Arts "Find Joy" clear stamp set. The edges of the sentiment were then distressed with Walnut Stain Distress Ink.
The final touch was adding gold pearls as accents.
ooh, this is so pretty~ and elegant!
